What is it?

The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity, thanks to the European funds "Next Generation EU".Next Generation EU"within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

What does it offer you?

A digital voucher with an economic amount of up to 12,000€ to digitize your business. By choosing one or more digital solutions offered by digitalizing agents, such as Wattwin, that develop the services in the catalog of "Recovery Transformation and Resilience".

Who is the target audience?

The program is designed to help SMEs, self-employed and microenterprises in any sector. Companies with a maximum of 49 employees, and seeking to boost the digitization of their activity.

Wattwin's solutions as a digitizing agent

Customer management 

The main objective of this category is to digitize and optimize the management of business relationships with your customers.

Some of the functionalities that you will be able to use are the following:

  • Customer management: you will be able to store and consult the data of each of your customers, from their registration as a business opportunity, and simulate the purchase of products or contracting of services.
  • Leads management: you will be able to register new Leads manually or by importing them by file. The data associated with the Leads will allow you to manage them commercially in order to convert them into customers. Additionally, you will be able to parameterize business rules for assigning Leads according to different criteria.
  • Opportunity management: you will be able to manage all the business opportunities that involve sending offers and quotes to the potential customer or Lead. In addition, you will be able to check the status of each opportunity (under analysis, offer submitted, under negotiation, won, cancelled, etc.).
  • Commercial actions or tasks: the tool implemented by the Digitizing Agent of your choice will allow you to create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically.
  • Reporting, planning and commercial follow-up: you will be able to perform follow-up through indicators (KPI's), list of opportunities, and others, with different levels of information aggregation according to your needs. You will also be able to generate reports for tracking and monitoring your commercial activity, including efficiency ratios, phase status, pipeline and other measurable attributes (such as products, quotes, etc.), and according to channels, profiles, roles and/or commercial phases. These reports may show, at least, monthly, accumulated and/or comparative data between different business years.
  • Alerts: you will be able to display Customer Alerts in graphic format of different types (icons, pop-up messages, etc.).
  • Document management: the solution will include software for centralized document management capable of inserting and/or linking documents related to your commercial activity as well as those provided by your customers.
  • Responsive design: you will have a functional interface on all types of devices.
  • Integration with various platforms: you will have APIs or Web Services for the consolidation of information and data from your entire company.

Process management 

The main objective of this category is to digitize and/or automate your business processes, related to operational or productive aspects.

Some of the functionalities that you will be able to use are the following:

  • Digitalization and/or automation of processes and workflows:
    • Accounting/finance: accounts receivable/payable, asset management and closing and balance sheet generation, etc.
    • Invoicing: automation of invoicing processes with the generation of estimates, delivery notes and invoices, adapted to the requirements of article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law, and its implementing regulations.
    • Projects: control of budgets, costs, estimates, optimization of resources, etc.
    • Inventory: forecasts, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc.
    • Purchasing and payments: purchase order and supplier management.
    • Human resources: human resources management, payroll, etc.
    • Logistics: fleet and route management, among others.

A horizontal solution is one that groups or supports several processes of the value chain, while a vertical solution is one that supports a single process within the value chain of your SME.

  • Integration with various platforms: the solution will have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.
    • Upgradable: you will have access to solution updates with new versions.
    • Scalable: if your company grows or changes structurally, the solution will adapt to these changes.
    • Compliance: you will be able to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation regulating the invoicing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any other applicable regulations.
    • Individual modules: new individual modules can be incorporated, being those that group or support a single sub-process of the value chain of your SME, on an existing process management solution. However, it cannot consist of a development, progress, increase or enrichment of the services and functionalities of the existing solution. Neither can it be the update due to releases that the supplier publishes on a software version, nor upgrades or improvement of existing versions. The new individual module to be implemented must comply with all the requirements established in the terms and conditions of this category and must be offered at market price.
