What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person who is eager to take on new projects and challenges, in addition to:
- Training in Engineering and/or PMO, continuous improvement management (Lean)
- Experience as PMO or Customer Service Manager.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Communication skills, both speaking and listening.
- Commitment to the project and its mission.

What will you do?
- Team management for services including design and creation of teams, definition of roles and functions, monitoring and reporting.
- Definition and execution of technical and operational processes for the different services.
- Leading profile to organize and automate tasks.
- Performance monitoring and process optimization and standardization.
- Coordinate and supervise the activity of the project office.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement the necessary measures to improve the efficiency of work processes.
- Define KPI's and track team results.
