What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive person, eager to take on new projects and challenges, in addition to:

•  Training in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in B2B outbound sales.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, being a team player.
• Customer oriented and with negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills both in speaking and listening.
• Good organizational skills.
• Mastery of tools such as linkedin to optimize sales processes.
• Learning capacity.
• Sales CRM experience and proficiency

What will you do?

•  Be responsible for the management of LEADS provided by the SDR +
  Marketing team.
• Generate business opportunities (Leads) Outbound through own database.
• Creatively develop effective plans and strategies to achieve and
  exceed sales quota.
• Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiations with
  C-level executives and VPs.
• Use consultative selling techniques to effectively lead potential customers
  through the sales process.
• Participate in the preparation of offline campaigns and events.
• Identify, navigate and support prospects throughout their decision making process
  , throughout the sales cycle until the sale.
• Provide market feedback to the product team for constant improvement
  of the solution.

Bonus points:

• Have experience in SaaS sales or digital transformation environments.
• To have worked on full cycle sales from an outbound perspective.
